Biography: The Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Party (JJKP), founded on 15/02/1977 by Dr. Baljit Singh Aulakh, is a political party dedicated to Punjab-centric governance. Dr. Aulakh, the President, holds degrees in B.Sc (NM), M.Sc (Applied Maths), M.A (Maths), M.Phil (Maths), and M.Tech (I.T). Formerly a Principal at K.J. School of Management & Technology (affiliated to PTU) until 2015, he resigned to revive JJKP with a mission to serve Punjab. The party, registered under No. 56/220/2014/PPS-1, advocates for Punjabis to rule Punjab, emphasizing the slogan "Only Punjabis shall RULE over Punjab, NOT outsiders." Its ideology, "Soch Badlo, Sangharsh da tarika Badlo, Punjab Badlo, Raaj Badlo" (Change your thinking, change the way of struggle, change Punjab, change the rule), aims to bring prosperity to Punjab.
